价值观第一原则
佶凯星秉承“价值观第一“的用人原则,通过能力、业绩和价值观体系量化标准评分,将所有员工分为五类:金子、钢、铁、废铁和铁锈。价值观很好,业绩能力也很好的人,是金子;能力、业绩不错,价值观也不错的人,是钢,大部分员工属于此类;价值观不错,但能力稍差的,是铁;能力不行,价值观也不行的是废铁;能力很强,但是价值观不过关的,是铁锈,是要坚决去除。公司倡导"80%钢+20%金子”的团队结构,以促进团队的稳定和发展。
