价值观第一原则
佶凯星秉承“价值观第一“的用人原则，通过能力、业绩和价值观体系量化标准评分，将所有员工分为五类：金子、钢、铁、废铁和铁锈。价值观很好，业绩能力也很好的人，是金子；能力、业绩不错，价值观也不错的人，是钢，大部分员工属于此类；价值观不错，但能力稍差的，是铁；能力不行，价值观也不行的是废铁；能力很强，但是价值观不过关的，是铁锈，是要坚决去除。公司倡导"80%钢+20%金子”的团队结构，以促进团队的稳定和发展。
