1. Seriously implement the company's quality and safety policy and achieve the department's quality and safety goals.

2.Responsible for writing and revising departmental documents and materials, setting and updating quality inspection procedures and standards for raw materials and finished products, and supervising subordinates to execute according to the approved reports.

3. Collect and analyze data on the quality defects and weight losses of raw materials and finished products, along with their causes, and propose methods for improvement.

4. Draft the work scope, personnel operation requirements, work procedures, and employee training plans for the department, allocate work targets and check their implementation, conduct evaluations, and provide necessary assistance, guidance, training, and methodological instructions at any time.

5.Regularly convene quality work meetings and host host reviews of the implementation results of various important quality control plans in order to correct the execution methods of each plan.

6. 1.With over 3 years of experience in quality management,be familiar with relevant national policies, industry standards (such as food, pharmaceutical, and feed), control of various indicators, and on-site process management.

2. Understand the operational requirements of the quality and safety management system, familiar with quality management systems such as ISO9001, ISO22000, FAMI-QS, etc.

3. Bachelor's degree or above, under 45 years old, with experience in pharmaceutical, food, and enzyme quality management preferred.

1. Research and analyze the market, and provide strategic suggestions for the company's products and development.
2. Formulate and implement market sales strategies and marketing plans for the company's enzyme products.
3. Build and manage the sales team, leading them to achieve sales targets.
4. Collaborate with R&D and production teams across departments to drive sales growth through application development, and work with the marketing and technical departments to identify valuable customers and develop new customer acquisition strategies.
5. Prepare plans in accordance with company regulations, submit relevant materials, and establish customer files.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in biology preferred.
2. At least 3 years of sales and marketing management experience in the industrial enzyme field, with familiarity in the food and detergent industries preferred.
